Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when requesting information or a quote:

  • On Contact: first name, last name, business name, email address, optional phone number, service needed, preferred language, and project details. If you choose Website Care, you can also select an optional Website Care option.
  • On Web Design: name, email address, selected service or package, and project details.

The forms are configured to store your IP address and browser information (User Agent) with your request in Elementor Submissions. Email notifications include the date, time, and URL of the page where the form was submitted; Contact notifications also include your IP address and browser information.

How We Use Your Information

We use contact and project information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, communicate with you, and support our clients and the services they request.

Marzio is currently the only person at CREATE & RISE who accesses the submissions and email inbox. We do not use inquiry information for promotional campaigns. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Forms and Communications

Requests submitted through the forms are stored in WordPress through Elementor Submissions and emailed to info@createandriseagency.com through Elementor Site Mailer. This creates a copy on the website, a temporary technical record in Site Mailer, and another copy in email. Hostinger provides website hosting and email services. Site Mailer retains technical delivery records for 30 days. These records may include metadata such as the recipient, subject, status, and date; display of email content in the log is disabled.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through our general contact forms.

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies and other browser storage technologies allow websites to retain information between visits. You can view, restrict, or delete cookies and stored data through your browser settings. Some restrictions may affect how pages work.

External resources loaded by a page may involve connections to their providers and the transmission of technical information needed to serve those resources, such as your IP address and browser information. Google’s practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

How We Share Information

Hostinger provides website hosting and email services through which requests are stored and transmitted. WordPress and Elementor are used to manage the website and its forms; Elementor Submissions stores requests within WordPress. Elementor Site Mailer transmits form notifications and retains technical delivery records for 30 days.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell or rent personal information or share inquiry information with third parties for their own marketing.

Portfolio and Project Features

With the client’s written permission, CREATE & RISE may feature completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials. An approved feature may include the client’s business name, logo, public website link, website screenshots, and a general project description.

Testimonials, private analytics, nonpublic performance information, and specific results require separate authorization. We do not publish confidential information, private communications, account credentials, customer data, or other nonpublic project information without specific permission.

Data Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement and their related communications are retained for 30 days from the last communication. If we receive a new communication, the period starts again. After that period, they are deleted from Elementor Submissions and the email inbox when there is no legitimate or legal need to retain them. Site Mailer technical records are retained for 30 days.

When an inquiry becomes a client relationship, we retain the information needed while providing the services and for the additional period reasonably necessary to manage the project, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or tax obligations. Copies included in backups may remain until they are rotated or deleted through the normal backup cycle.

You can request information about your data or ask for its deletion through our Contact page. We will review your request and any need to retain information related to services provided or applicable obligations.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain. However, no website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
