CREATE & RISE was founded by Marzio Rey Boucher to provide small-business owners with clear, practical digital support. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing, along with additional professional training in business management through UCAM and CEUPE – European Business School.

His background spans digital marketing strategy, SEO, website building, sales, and business management. This allows him to approach every project from two important perspectives: how a business operates and how it communicates its value to customers. He uses that perspective to help clients clarify their message, strengthen their online presence, and make practical decisions about their websites, local visibility, and branding.

Marzio understands that building a professional digital presence can feel complicated, especially when technical language gets in the way. Through CREATE & RISE, his goal is to make the process clearer and more approachable for small-business owners—including Hispanic and bilingual entrepreneurs who deserve to feel understood throughout the experience.
